Overall
Josh Allen has the talent, body, and tools to be a solid NFL quarterback, but needs to make some improvements before becoming a starter. At the college level he is very inconsistent. He has flashes of brilliance when he is under pressure and drops a dime on the run, but he also will get a little chancy and make some poor throws or throw into tight coverage. At the moment he is most likely a 2nd or 3rd round pick.
