Overall
Josh Rosen has the potential to be a franchise quarterback at the next level. He has the arm talent alone to make big throws and get his team in winning positions, and he has great pocket awareness. Right now, Rosen may be the best college quarterback at taking his 3 steps back and finding his receiver. He also has great footwork while doing this. However, he does have some character issues on and off the field. If he can mature during this season, he could be an early to mid-second round pick.
NFL Comparison: Eli Manning
