Overall
A former track star, Oliver takes advantage of his size and speed. His ability to mirror wide receivers and stay on their hip allows him to excel in man coverage. He will have to keep focus on his technique but with coaching he should be a starter soon. He is also a great special teams player. Oliver is being considered a second-round pick.
