Jerome Baker does a great job at diagnosing the play and excels at blitzing. He is a solid tackler but he has some flaws to his game. Baker struggles to get off blocks and gets overpowered way more than he should. His inconsistent effort is most concerning: at times, Baker seems like he just doesn’t care, and other times he is making some nice plays. He is looking like a 7th round pick.
