Overall
Devin is an athlete who is getting better at receiver. Able to make catches in traffic and locates the ball on deep throws. He has really good hands and is tough to bring down, often carrying defenders for more yards. He must improve his route running if he is going to create separation. Probably best suited for the slot. Currently being viewed as a 3rd round pick.
